Chef Salvatore is not just a master pizzaiolo; he is an expert in the science behind pizza-making. With a deep understanding of dough fermentation, flour characteristics and hydration ratios, Salvatore brings precision and expertise to every class. His passion for blending tradition with scientific techniques ensures that every student learns the art and the science of crafting the perfect dough and pizza's.
Mikayel Hovhannisyan
Chef Mikayel is a young and versatile pizzaiolo with a creative approach to the art of pizza-making. With experience in several styles of pizza's he's passionate about providing a hands-on and educational experience to all participants. Mikayel inspires students to think outside the box while respecting traditional roots
